Refund policy

We accept voluntary returns of unused, uninstalled products within 14 calendar days of delivery. The product must be complete and in its original packaging. Contact info@c8energy.com with your order number before sending a return. Customers pay return shipping for voluntary returns. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will refund eligible returns to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refunded for voluntary returns.

If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly. This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including legal warranties and rights to cancel an online purchase.
